Classes for All Levels of Students
Makaya’s classes explore normal daily postures and yoga-based Asana postures, all with the intention of optimizing the health of your body, spine and spirit. Her teaching is unique in that she starts each sequence in a more balanced resting posture and gives you the option and the modifications needed to get into and out of postures with ease.

She offers 3 levels-
Level 1-is for people with mobility issues, knee or hip replacements.
Level 2-is for people who want a slower paced therapeutic class that can gives them the option to be more restful or more active.
Level 3-4-is for more energetic advanced practitioners or teachers who want to take their Asana practice to the next level.
